The year it all began. Between lectures and sleepless nights, something was created in the small children's room that would become bigger than we ever imagined. We handcrafted each product ourselves, piece by piece, with more passion than sense.
We had no master plan. No guarantee that it would work. Only the conviction to try.
And then it came: the first order. A moment that changed everything. In that moment, it became clear that this was more than just an idea.

Everyone. Absolutely everyone advised us against continuing. To many, it looked like a crazy idea that would fail sooner or later anyway. It was certainly crazy.
But while others slept, we sat there night after night, producing, packaging, and preparing everything for shipping the next morning, only to still end up in the red. But we didn't care.
Our private lives? Practically non-existent. While the party was going on in the shared flat's living room, we were in Lenny's room, continuing to work, producing deep into the night.
It was exhausting, chaotic, and often frustrating.
But we still knew one thing: No Excuses.

How will my order be shipped?
Within Germany, your order will be shipped insured via DHL.
To Austria, we ship with DPD or Austrian Post.
To the USA, we ship with USPS, GOFO, COE or Speedx.
To Australia, we ship with Australia Post, SpeedX, Micro Express, IMILE or Daipost.
Once your package is on its way, you will automatically receive your tracking link.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track every step via our tracking portal – from "Being packed" to "Delivered". This way, you always have an overview of your delivery.
Is there customer support?
Our support is available in person – no AI, no chatbot.
Just send us an email at support@angelgym.de.
We will reply to you by the next business day at the latest, usually much sooner.
Can I make a return?
Yes, of course.
You can easily request a shipping label via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
After receiving the label, you have another 14 days to drop off your package at a post office.
Alternatively, you can also send the return yourself to our warehouse:

Our products are developed by us and manufactured together with renowned production partners and manufacturers.
Every part is quality checked.
